I am the worst tumblr, I admit it. The cold weather got the best of me this winter. Sine I am very challenge orianted, I am back with a new one! As of March 1st I will be following the Clean Cleanse for 21 days.
A little background…..I used to eat clean and loved it. I want to get back there so this is the perfect oppoftunity.
Goals for the cleanse:

Exactly two months since my last post?? Well, teaching and the new school year will do that to ya…but I’m back. I have still been nibbling and running. It has been getting colder out so many of my upcoming running pics might be from inside the YMCA.
Also, many good upcoming eats to share!!!

Of course it is all about the food for me. Pistachio Caramel Apples - in the words of Rachel Zoe “I die!” and I just about did!
It feels like fall for one day and already I want fall foods. I will take the following delightful little treats as soon as possible…thanks!
Food and running combined. What could be better? This actually looks good to me. Maybe I’m just hungry but that can’t be because I made Almond Butter and Jelly French Toast this morning (Jenny will post the picture because I ate it too fast to take one myself).
